Introducing PhoneLine+

PhoneLine+ takes your normal 01 or 02 phone number and stores it in the cloud.
This cuts the link to the old copper phone network that shuts down in early 2027, so calls are made and received using internet data, like VoIP voice calling services.
PhoneLine+ calls are controlled in an online portal and you can make and receive calls on a mobile phone via our app, computer softphone, an IP Handset or your original analogue handset with an ATA adapter.

Option 1 – PhoneLine+ Hardwear Only

Our entry level PhoneLine+ offering gives you great user friendly features, but also lets you use your analogue handset via an ATA adapter, or if you want a new phone we have some great handsets that will work perfectly with plenty of functionality.

How PhoneLine+ Anywhere works with eSIM.

PhoneLine+ can be linked to a smartphone’s eSIM, meaning customers can make and receive business calls directly on their mobile phone’s built-in dialler instead of having to use a separate app.

Think of eSIM as a digital SIM card that lives inside the phone. It allows PhoneLine+ to connect to the mobile network over the phone’s normal calling function, so:

  •  Calls for the business number can be made and received the same way as regular mobile calls — using the phone’s native dialler.
  •  There’s no need for extra apps or data just to handle business calls (although PhoneLine+ apps are also available).
  •  It works over the mobile network itself, so customers aren’t dependent on being logged into a VoIP app or connected to Wi-Fi for calls.

This is especially useful for mobile teams, remote workers or anyone who wants to keep a professional business number on their phone without juggling separate software or hardware.

What eSIM-enabled means for you.

Seamless calling — business calls route through the phone’s standard dialler.
No extra apps needed for basic call handling over mobile.

Just go to the mobile phone’s Mobile Service setting and switch it ON when you want to use your eSIM number. Remember the eSIM is multi cellular, this means that when it is active your phone will choose the strongest network reception for the area you are in.

WhatsApp Business Integration

PhoneLine+ Anywhere can connect with WhatsApp Business so that messages from customers sent to a business’s WhatsApp account show up inside the PhoneLine+ system. This lets you:

  • See WhatsApp chats alongside calls, SMS and voicemail in one central activity feed.

  • Respond to WhatsApp customer messages without switching apps or platforms — everything can be managed through the PhoneLine+ interface

How It Works in Practice

  1. Your Business sets up WhatsApp Business (a separate WhatsApp account/app).

  2. PhoneLine+ Anywhere links to that WhatsApp Business account via the integration feature.

  3. WhatsApp messages appear in honeLine+ Anywhere’s activity feed, alongside calls and SMS.

  4. Staff can read and reply to messages without opening WhatsApp separately.
